1. The service
NoelProof lets you create AI-generated photos and videos showing Santa Claus or the Three Wise Men in a photo of your living room that you upload. The service is provided by NoelProof (support@noelproof.com).
2. Credits and payments
The first photo is free with a watermark (one per device). Further content is generated by spending photo or video credits, sold in one-time packs. Credits do not expire during this Christmas season. Prices are shown before every purchase.
3. Refunds for failed generations
If a generation fails because of an error on our side (for example, the AI service does not respond), the spent credit is automatically returned to your account. Credits are not refunded for successfully generated results you simply dislike, except as required by applicable law.
4. AI results
Images and videos are produced by an artificial-intelligence model: the result may not be perfect and is not guaranteed to match what you imagined. You can create another version by spending a new credit.
5. Permitted use
Generated content is for personal and family use (showing it to your children, sharing it with family). You may not upload photos of other people's homes without consent, unlawful or offensive content, or content infringing third-party rights, nor resell the generations.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the photo you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to process it and return the result. Generated images may be used freely for personal and family purposes.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but during periods of high demand there may be waits or temporary limits. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for uses other than intended or for decisions made based on generated content. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
