Delete my data
You can delete your account and all your data at any time, from the app or without it.
From the app
In the app: Settings → «Delete my data» immediately removes your account, the photos you uploaded, your creations and your credits.
Without the app
Email us at support@noelproof.com with the subject «Delete my data», from the email linked to your account. If you never linked an email, tell us your account ID (Settings → «Account ID» in the app). We delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account
- The photos you uploaded
- Your creations (images and videos)
- Your credit balance
What may be kept
- Internal accounting records of credit movements and transactions, no longer linked to any account
- An anonymous device identifier (hash) with the record of the free photo already used, so it cannot be repeated on that device
- Purchase records required by tax law, held by Google, Apple, Stripe or RevenueCat
