Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is NoelProof ("we"). You can reach us at support@noelproof.com.
2. Data we process
To provide the service we process: (a) the photo of your living room that you voluntarily upload; (b) the child's first name you optionally enter (we recommend using a first name only); (c) an anonymous device identifier (hash), which cannot reveal your identity; and (d) your purchase and credit history. We do not ask for your real name, address or email account: access is anonymous.
3. Purposes
We use this data only to: generate the images and videos you request; manage your credits, purchases and the free photo per device (free-tier abuse prevention); and handle your support requests.
4. Legal basis
Image generation and purchase management are based on performance of the service you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Processors
We work with: Supabase (hosting and database, EU servers); fal.ai (AI image and video generation, USA, under EU-approved standard contractual clauses); RevenueCat and Stripe (purchase and payment management); and Google Play / Apple (app stores). They only receive the data needed to provide their service.
6. Retention
Your original living-room photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Generated images and videos are deleted after 120 days. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax law. You can delete your data earlier from Settings → "Delete my data".
7. Advertising and data sale
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. There are no ad trackers or commercial profiling.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction by writing to support@noelproof.com. You can also delete all your data in the app itself (Settings → "Delete my data").
9. Children
The app is intended for adults (parents or guardians), not children. The images are for parents to show their children. We do not knowingly collect children's data beyond the optional first name provided by the adult.
10. Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will announce it in the app and update the "Last updated" date.
